Welcome to SPEEDY, a sub-brand of CODS Clothing Co. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed only for products that are in stock. Once payment is completed, via Cash on Delivery or online payment, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless explicitly mentioned. Confirmation will be sent through SMS, email, or phone call. CODS Clothing Co. reserves the right to cancel any order containing incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable information.
Product Information
We strive to display accurate product information including color, size, and design. Slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or fabric characteristics. These differences are not considered defects. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without prior notice.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days depending on location. Delays due to courier services or external factors are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

SPEEDY offers high-quality, performance-focused apparel for riders and athletes. Our categories include Biking Wear, Cycling Wear, Racing Wear (under development), Sports Wear, and Gym Wear. Every product is designed for style, comfort, and durability.
Exchange and Returns
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please report within 2 days of receipt. Customers may request a replacement of the same product and variant or select an alternative product, with price adjustments if applicable. Items that are used, washed, altered, or have removed tags are not eligible for exchange or return.
Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, graphics, and creative assets of SPEEDY are owned exclusively by CODS Clothing Co. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information including name, phone, and address is collected solely for order processing and support. CODS Clothing Co. does not share or sell personal information without consent.
